The Coeburn Fire Department is made up of highly trained and seasoned volunteers. The Fire Hall is located at 114 East Front Street in Coeburn. The department provides fire protection and operates as a rescue group in the absence of a rescue squad in the town. Ambulance services are provided by Lifecare Ambulance.
